I want to know your opinion about this article. Hell, if we ever get into a part 2 of the porn and sexism debate from the atheist group this might be interesting to bring up (although I don't know if it would be relevant).
A way to keep in touch and haggle! - Thats right! I wanna know what music you're into, what food your eating, what stories you're reading (web comics, news stories, new fiction, Pemberton times), what TV/movies struck you as awesome, ALL OF IT!! Just think of it like the Patriot Act, constantly checking up on our shared relatively inane existence, but with LOVE/HATE OF COURSE!!!

lol i thought this was a funny and interesting article. I don't really have a problem with it.
One of the reasons I luv Hitchens is that he states his opinion clearly and he is always articulate in his discussion of said piece, even in spite of the fact that I disagree with him more than I agree with him. He is definitely part of a boys club of intellectuals, but for the most part I think he gives women a fair shake
If you take the title at face value then the article can come off as offensive, but that would do a disservice this paper and to miss the point entirely.
It seemed to me like this was a very light hearted take on this subject, one that he dealt with the required delicacy when required.
Idk overall this paper didn't really bother me much on any level

I honestly didn't have a problem with it, I mean I trust Hitchens because as you aforementioned: he's earned it. It was honestly more humorous to read rather than an actual study.
I just thought it was interesting, and DAMN YOU! Ever since you sent me the link for Vanity Fair I can't stop reading through all the articles!
